need some advice please....

hello ive just joined this forum and have been having a read through theres alot of good stuff here!!

but i need some help with sorting out a routine.

ive been going to the gym for about 4 months now but ive been going everyday pretty much with maybe only 1 day off now and then, also ive been doing a full workout each time as in all muscle groups etc. ive seen some improvement but after reading here a few things here i think ive been over training!!!!!.

what is the best routine for me?
ive read other posts and the answers that have been posted for newbies but some of it i find really complicated!!
and some of the excercises i dont even know what they are!
eg skullcrushers and alot of other ones.

im looking really to do a 3 or 4 day split

Re: need some advice please....

Example 3 day split:

Monday: [Back & Bis] Deadlifts, Lat Pulldowns/Chins, Rows (if required), DB Curls
Wednesday: [Legs & Abs] Squats, Stiff Leg Deadlifts, Calf Raises, Weighted Ab Work
Saturday: [Chest, Delts and Tris] Incline DB Press, Dips, DB Shoulder Press

Alter as required - this ain't Gospel - just a sample routine
