![]() | Re: Mass Building I find that only squats, deadlifts and flat bench give me the feeling of muscle breakdown/soreness the next day. All other exercises like BB rows and pull ups or isolations dont seem to do anything for me. So, will sticking to the big 3 for the next couple of months halt my progress? |

Confused yet? Good... Basically you can do a very simple routine based around the Big 3, but you'll need some extra exercises in there really (Power Cleans / Mili Press / Direct Ham work etc etc) Ask One Smart Cookie to help you when you see him ![]() | |
