tribulus

hey there guys anyone tried tribulus is it any good or is all the stuff that apparently helps to increase testosterone just a load of bull trying virloid at the mo but as my body weight is 195 have to have four tabs a day for 35 big ones that will only last 2 weeks so prob wont notice any gains IF ANY so trib says it does the same but is much cheaper on my protien any comments please

I like it, but I don't rate it.

From memory the whole bulgarian olympian powerlifters using this was just a cover up for gear.

It does increase your libido though.

Which is nice.

thanks guys i get so into looking at all the different supps out there that do loads of differnt things its mind boggling tbh think i should just stick to creatine and eating a good high protein diet i use my protiens creatine cause it looks ok and good value for money but would anybody recomend any other make am gunna keep at it traning as hard as i can who knows in a bit i may try gear but i will be asking for ***t loads of adice then

ye man the supplement world is huge and very mind boggling erm i use bulkpowders creatine ethyl ester good stuff and really cheap, so ye just do wot u sed above stick to creatine and protein and maybe some carb powder aswell o ye and of corse all the vits and fish oils etc

i am quite good with the diet i can eat loads of the same stuff lots of tuna and dont get board of it cause i know its doing me good may get some muti vits as my fruit intake is pants thanks for the advice bigden ery helpful

i can too man but not with tuna lol just have every 3 days or so, eating just gets like a routine so i dnt really think about it its like programmed into me now lol, and no problemo man

The only trib i ever found good was the german goldfeild or what ever its called their red devil product.
