Bit of camera trickery there mate, its hard to compare before and after's with completely different pic sizes!!!

If you train three times a week why do two consecutive days??? you need the rest between days - do mon weds fri. get some dips, deads and squats in there and get rid of preacher and concentration curls! Im no expert so see what others have to say.

Good advice !!!!

Where are the basic compound movements mate??

If you wanna train 3 times a week why not do a push/pull/legs split.

Monday (legs)

Squats
Hamstring curl
Calf raise
Lunges (optional)

Wednesday (push)

Bench press or incline press
Standing overhead press
Dips

Friday (pull)

Deadlifts
chins
Bent over rows

Job done!!!

No arm work you say, (probably). your arms will get worked plenty from those lifts mate.
