Try stretching them out prior to squatting. Front squats are the same as rear squats only diffrence is the bar is in front of you and not behind you. I like front better due to my knees not being all that strong. | |

I like ATG for warm ups, and breaking parallel on main squats. Light ATG should give you more flexibility in your tendons. Heavy ATG - we don't even speak of such things. |
