Re: Spots!!!

Normally cos you are eating too much sh*t and your body excretes it through the pores which clogs them up and then causes spots.

Solutions

1. Exfoliate and moisturise every day.

2. Eat less sh*t

3. Drink more water

4. utilise evening primrose oil and Vit E

Re: Spots!!!

I eat very clean, but have one day cheat day a week. Are the spots possibly down to the bodys natural GH getting to work on the muscles? Like teenagers get spots in a similar way?

Re: Spots!!!

NO

GH had nothing to do with spots

I would bet any moeny that your diet is not that clean.

Excess Test can contribute to over active sebaceous glands.

Re: Spots!!!

A typical day of eating for me is:

7am - 125g oats and 30g whey
11am - 5 wholemeal slices of bread with chicken breast, lettuce, peppers and onoins
3pm - around 100g unsalted nuts
7pm - stir-fry with chicken and veg in sesame oil and soy with brown rice or egg noodles
10pm - 225g cottage cheese and 1 pint of semi-skimmed milk

I think this is pretty clean myself. I may not eat all the meals in one go, i may eat half then the other half an hour or two later. But, its only the last week or so that ive started coming out in spots.

That looks good but how about this

reduce oats and increase whey at 7am say 25g either way.

3pm you need some protein there mate as thats 40g of fats.

10pm cottage cheese could be causing a reaction if you are slightly dairy intolerant.

If you can bump this ater my show on the weekend I may be able to help a bit more but it definately looks like you've got your protein too low for bulking.
