You only need to stimulate the muscle then get out the gym eat, rest and grow mate. All IMO of course. You gotta find what works for you bro

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: To failure or not training to failure is high intensity style, mike mentzer advocate of this,is good -but,quickly leads to overtraining,so do a cycle of this for month every now and then,i was doing in summer and become chronically overtrained, so eased back and currently doing 3x8 for most exercises for a few months-still training hard and feelsore day after but joints and systemic fatigue not too bad |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: To failure or not Cheers Paulo. Is it a general rule that HIT training (to failure) will promote (stimulate) more muscle growth in most people than training with less intensity (not quite to failure)? I understand there is more risk of overtraining and injury etc with HIT. I just want to make each of my three (45min) weekly workouts as effective and efficient as possible in gaining mass. |
