Couple of extra ROUTINE Questions

Bit of help please lads.

A few of you helped me assess and make a few changes to my routine. I went with what Invisble prescribed at it seems ot be working a treat. Very happy with how things are going. Feeling stronger and the gains are getting there. Really enjoying it all to be honest.

Here is the Routine

Bench Press 3 x 8
Incline DB 3 x 8
Dips 3 x as many as I can
Tricep Rope 3 x 8.

As agreed I dropped the Fly, and pec dec dropset

All 3 x 8

quats
shoulder press
Leg press
Upright row
Leg ext
Lat raises
Front raises
Leg curl

All 3 x 8

Deads
Lat pull downs
Seated row
Preacher curls
Incline seated DB bicep curls

I dropped loads, 21's, pec dec, shrigs etc etc. So thansk for that.

My question is that I dont like to train to long 30-45 mins max, I focus better and no bordom sets in. I work damn harder.

So Q1

My middle set is longer than I would like to train, other people have mentioned a push pull leg split. Can you explain this to me and make changes to my routine accordingly please. I dont even mind progressing to a 4 day split now. Please feel free to advise what you like keeping it to about 40 mins.

Q2

If I do a 4 day split then is training once every 3 days going to be ok bearing in mind each body part will only get worked once every 12 days.Your thoughts please

Q3

I wont go into detail but I had a very serious injury a few years ago and the net result was I lose most of the muscle in my upper body. Since then my shoulders seem to be the hardest place to grow mass and seem to be the slowest in gains. My Biceps can at times dwarf my shoulders in size and it looks odd.

Can you suggest any extra exercises that will really stimulate that area for growth.

Again please feel free to change the program as you see fit and suggest any changes at all. I will then try and adapt that for what is best for me. Nbearing in mind Invisibles suggestion so far is working quite well bar split 2

Cheers Lads
