![]() | Any help? Love handles How can i get rid of my stomach and love handles, the rest of my body is going fine, but my love handles just wont go!!! I am on pure protein, and its worked well, but im thinking do i need to go on some kind of diet to loose the hips, i do cardio usally 3 times a week. Its weird because my arms and legs are good, my backs good, bt my mid section is annoying me lol |

Planks, side planks, crunches Running- 20mins Cross trainer- 15mins Should i do weights and cardio on same day? I usually do cardio everyday. And also do you know anything about diet fuel usn, or a similar product? thanks mate |

Don't go too low on carbs. When in the gym do a 3 - 4K row (just go at a sensible pace) followed by 20 - 30 mins weights twice a week. Hope this helps | |
