Any help? Love handles

How can i get rid of my stomach and love handles, the rest of my body is going fine, but my love handles just wont go!!! I am on pure protein, and its worked well, but im thinking do i need to go on some kind of diet to loose the hips, i do cardio usally 3 times a week.

Its weird because my arms and legs are good, my backs good, bt my mid section is annoying me lol

dont worry, the stomach and hip region is the last bit to go, just keep at the cardio and keep the carbs low, can i ask what excercises your doing for cardio

Rowing machine- 5 mins x 2 im not too good on this machines kills me!!
Planks, side planks, crunches
Running- 20mins
Cross trainer- 15mins

Should i do weights and cardio on same day?
I usually do cardio everyday.

And also do you know anything about diet fuel usn, or a similar product? thanks mate

go on a slow jog twice / three times a week for 45-50 mins (outside the gym).

Don't go too low on carbs.

When in the gym do a 3 - 4K row (just go at a sensible pace) followed by 20 - 30 mins weights twice a week.

I find walking up a gradient helps to focus on the love handles but its true its one of the last areas that strips off.

Unless its pure whey isolate protein that your diet is consisting off then this statement is not going to be true, out line your diet please this is the important factor.

Have you tried doing your cardio on an empty stomach in the am before breakfast?
