Captains of crush is all i do and only recently started as my grip sucks on deads. Should do more but never find the time meh.

mate I used to have the ****tiest grip know to man until I bought some of that liquid chalk, not i can do 240kg on the deadlift machine I occaisonally use at the gym, and the barbell feels good too.

You know i do bully,

My grip was ****, i cant use chalk because i have thin skin on my hands (dirmitsis, spelt wrong :P like exma)

anyhow, i do things like endurance holds, holding plates for as long as possible
thick bar holds, basicaly scaffolding bar with 20kg either side
finger curls using an ez bar with 10kg either side.

all have help me grip.

I got some grippers.

100 lbs, 150 lbs, 200 lbs, 250 lbs, 300 lbs and a 350lbs one.

I can close the 200 and move the 250. But the other 2 are crazy!

I cant close the 350 with both hands!

GOT THE 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 500:beer1:

Can close 200 and move the rest a little but the 400 & 500 are beasts at 1kilo in weight each

walk about the gym with heavy dumbells, i do 40kgs in each hand and walk back and forth, brilliant for grip and hits the traps well too
