Thankyou and some help plz

First of want to say a BIG thank you for all the information I have got from this site and the peep that have helped me so far.

I have been going to the gym now for just over 2 months and have seen improvements in my body shape I have gained just over half a stone in weight now up to 10st 6 and below is from where I started to where I am now.

I am never going to be a big person but am happy with what improvements I have made so far.

04/08/07 Chest 35” ----- 36.5”
04/08/07 Forearm 10” ----- 10.5”
04/08/07 Waist 32” ----- 30”
04/08/07 Neck 14” ----- 14”
04/08/07 Wrist 6” ----- 6.2”
04/08/07 Biceps 12” ----- 13.2”

Ok now here is my problem I consider myself to be strong on my right side but for some resone my left side is growing faster mostly on my Pecs my left one is bigger is this normal or what can I do to improve my right side ?

And just so you know am very much right handed I was told it will be harder to gain as fast on the right as my left is this true ?
I do use AST Beta-X and AST VP2 Whey Protein Isolate do you think this is ok?

Thanks
Dave

IMO - because your left side is used less frequently than your right in day to day living it might respond to stimulus (weight training) slightly differently to your right (perhaps grow slightly more). Its perfectly normal and it will even itself out. Just make sure your form is spot on and your not actually benching a bigger DB in your left hand!!!
