![]() | Need some help in starting again! Alright guys, Just coming back from australia and put on some weight and lost some strength from not working. I am 6ft3 and 14stone. I have got strong arms and legs and back from building but the rest is a bit lacking, ie my chest. Been going to the gym on and off since I was 16 and am now 22. Done all the basic supplements like creatine, protien etc. My mate is freinds with someone at apex pharmaceuticals, and he was going to get me some gear and sort my diet and training out for me but he is now no longer accessible. Was just after your advice on what gear may be a good start for me and what diets to use in relation to these? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. |
