![]() | Compound routine. No advise needed here chaps i would just like to say that since i started my new job 4 weeks ago i had a week off from training (as you do from time to time) Prior to this my routines had been mainly consited of isolation movements (no deads, squats etc these where all subbed for legg press etc), which yes i know arent the best types of exercises to be doing when your only 12st, 5'11 when your wanting to gain mass. But ive been lingering on here for quite a few months now and had planned a couple of weeks before, to switch my routine over to compound based after the 1 week break during my first week at my new job. Well, 3 weeks into my new routine and its totally shocked me. Still getting doms like ive never had before! And enjoying my sessions much more. So really just to thanks the people who come on this forum, because you all know your stuff. That is all. :lift: |
