Re: Problem with my abs

LOL cheers guys.

I think a few people might of got confused. im not trying to get cut abs or get my abs showing, as bully has said im looking to get bigger, what worried me was how part of my belly was getting bigger it looked kinda odd.

Glad im not the only one with this.

Anyhow case closed i can now sleep at night ;)

MOD's feel free to close.

Cheers.

Re: Problem with my abs

oh and muscles are soft tissue unless contracted. contract your abs and then see if you can see the bottom ones. if not, drop the BF.. but as the other boys said.. don't cut until you are at your desired size.

Re: Problem with my abs

i used to do the same when i boxed had to do loads of situps each day and they did nothing towards the six pack look just made them harder to take punches.

abs are like any other muscle so they to need rest and they do have a job of keeping you upright(amongst over things) all day.

my top abs stick out too and when i am off-season it makes it look like i have a belly lol,
its just genetics some people have good lower abs some people have none,
