best rep range

hi guys what is the best rep range to add bulk i reckon 4 sets 6-8 reps per exercise is this right?

IMO 1-3 sets per body part using rest pause methods to squeez out extra reps and total rep count around 15 but first failure at about 8-10 followed by tons of rest and a hell of a lot of good food!!!!!!

Take a set to failure then take 10-15 deep breaths and go again and do as many reps as possible to failure.
I usually do this two times and honestly it works very well!
For instance today for chest i did one set of incline hammer press with 450lb i did 12 straight reps reach failure counted to ten with deep breaths then did 2 more reps counted to ten again and did 1 more rep.

rest pasues training is not required for new trainers, its an advanced technique

the answer depends on the muscle group in question

just to confirm we are talking new trainer training here?
