| Planning | Re: best rep range Take a set to failure then take 10-15 deep breaths and go again and do as many reps as possible to failure. I usually do this two times and honestly it works very well! For instance today for chest i did one set of incline hammer press with 450lb i did 12 straight reps reach failure counted to ten with deep breaths then did 2 more reps counted to ten again and did 1 more rep. |
