![]() | Is this true starter gains ++++ i was reading somewhere a week ago that people who start like myself who aint trained properly ever before will sock the body into growing faster and quicker for the first week or 2 as compared to someone whos been lifting for yrs ?? how true is this any thoughts at all ??? ![]() i'm hoping its true as i'll be giving my body a bit of shcok lol |

I gained 35lbs of lean weight my 1st year, naturally, not even any supps, (too expensive back then). |
