cardio on a bulk diet

i was wondering if i did 30mins of running about 3miles everyweek would this be good adition to a bulk diet to help keep fat down as i enjoy running and wanna keep it up as i find it makes me feel a lot better after a good run???

any thoughts on this

To be honest with my new routine i want to go swimming once or twice a week and maybe a run.

As long as you don't over do it it is fine.

nope just wanna do 30mins which is 3miles of solid running

but if this will lose me mass/size i ddunno if i'll wanna do it

id do 2 hours a week cardio all year round i dont drop any wheight just keep the bf down as long as your eating enuff RIGHT food then you will be fine mate;)

Cardio is fine while bulking.

I done cardio 4 - 5 times a week when I last bulked and I still went over 18 stone at the peak.

As long as you are getting sufficiant cals/protein then you should not lose any mass.

i find doing cardio id better when your bulking, 3 times a week would be ok as long as you eat enough
