![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Morning weights / cardio Now as i've leant from here 30-45mins cardio in the morning on an empty stomach is great for burning fat. For doing weights in the morning, is it required to eat breakfast before doing them, or as with the cardio can weights be performed on an empty stomach followed by a good breakfast. Just been wondering if i should eat before doing early morning workout, and if so how long should i wait after eating to start my workout. thanks |

After training I did 20 mins cardio (because I had to get to work). So yes, make sure you eat before training weights, otherwise your session could be compromised.

Also when you say an empty stomach do you mean literally nothing at all as i was told (don't know if its true) but if i do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach to have a protein shake 1st do any of you guys do this or have you ever heard of this??? |
