Just ordered a new home muilt gym need help :-)

Got this home gym the other day :-) and was wondering could some one write me a routine for this home gym. Split like >

Chest - Shoulders - Triceps DAY 1
Back - Bicep - Forearm's DAY 2
Legs - Abs DAY 3

hopefully will be able to work out good enough on this home gym :-)

Many thanks Rob

. Don't really need a whole routine really. just need to know some excises for each day
