15 weeks to change

Hi all,

Although I wouldnt say Im a noob, Ive been doing weights on and off for a couple of years but been back on them for last few months and have decided to go traveling east asia for a month at the end of the year. Basically I wanna look good or at least better than I do now. I'll be leaving in 15 weeks and am trying to plan a serious training regimene for now until then.

Ive definately read up alot more than Ive actuially practiced if you know what I mean and am pretty well informed about diet, routines and gear.
I bought some gear a few months ago but due to an arm injury and also a change of heart I decided not to take it.

Im now reconsidering though but still really unsure basically. My idea is to either do another 4 weeks training, followed by 6 weeks on 250 mg test eth every 5 days for 6 weeks, 4 weeks pct then a week before I leave. Not a huge cycle I know but would be my first and I dont wanna look like the incredible hulk, just add on some mass while being able to lose bit of body fat.

OR

15 weeks serious training with no gear. Im just wondering what kind of changes you guys think I could make in 15 weeks with and without gear.

Cheers guys.

Will .

Re: 15 weeks to change

personally i wouldnt bother. if its your first cycle fair enough you've got time in there for you PCT but if for example something goes wrong or you need something whilest your away you probably wouldnt be able to get hold of it as easy....

I aint ever touched gear but going by the gist of what people say on hear i would presume they would advise that you get your training nailed before hand - although you've said you've been trainng over a period of years you have only been back for a few months.

I'd just go for the clean route and then re assess later on.

just my opinion..

Oh yeah - might have been worth putting this in the steroid section might get more replys..
