Hello to you all! can someone plz help out?

im in need of a bit of advice so plz have a look!

Basically its a question about my training! sometimes when im down the gym my lifts struggle a bit (not that i lift a lot anyway) and other days i feel stronger, ive heard that eating carbs before training can help " fuel " your energy, and on the other hand that you should only eat carbs after training to recover your muscles? can someone give us their opinion on this and try clear it up for me that would be great!!!! happy days!!!!!

2 hours before you workout make sure you get a high carb meal in with protein.

After you workout you need simple carbs and protein. The carbs to spike the blood sugar levels and the protein to repair the muscle.

I do this:
Before workout = 100g oats 300ml milk + 2 scoops pro-peptide + almonds

After workout = 60g WMS + 20mins later 2 scoops whey protein.
