Any gd gyms ....? - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Any one out there knows of a good gym near Hemel Hempstead, or surrounding areas, that's not full of posers and is Fitness First any good?

I go Fitness First its ok and cheap (for me because I know people), if your looking to become a monster and take roids I would give it a miss.

Forgot to say that the pin machines and dumbells dont go up as much as BB gyms. Dumbells go to 40kg and I can nearly do a full stack on some machines.

what about hatfield .... theres the flag ship gym for david lloyds son there (evolution or something)
