![]() | Bonjour Just a quick check about my routine: I'm training 5 days a week - whey protein powder one glass of an hour before training, do about an hour, do my chest and shoulders every 2 days and arms, legs and tri's 3 times a week... |

If you are training with good intensity the I can say without going any further that you are 'overtaining'. post up your routine and diet for us.

![]() | Re: Bonjour Lol sorry was in a rush that was a crap post. I basically do my chest and arms twice a week and on the 5th day shoulders, legs and tri's. Do you think this is overtraining. Do about an hour every session, 3 sets of 8 reps for each exercise and do about 4 for each muscle... |

I would suggest you train each body part no more than once every 7 days and concentrate on good form. Search the forum for training routines and diet tips.If your new i would suggest concentrating on the compound movements and possibly a push pull legs routine. |

| bring on saturday! | Re: Bonjour 1st off Tee... don't skimp on the info mate only makes it harder for us to help you.... few things if you can, post up your stats e.g age, weight height etc and diet, training plan, and goals you have (if any) as for the training mate id train each body part one a week or you may over train..also you defo need to include your back!! don't neglect any body part.
