Bonjour

Just a quick check about my routine:

I'm training 5 days a week - whey protein powder one glass of an hour before training, do about an hour, do my chest and shoulders every 2 days and arms, legs and tri's 3 times a week...

Re: Bonjour

That is one of the most vague posts I have ever seen.

I'm Chris & I like animals.....

Joking aside. I think I know what you mean, but can you explain a bit better?

Re: Bonjour

why do chest, shoulders and arms every 2 days and arms and legs three times a week.

If you are training with good intensity the I can say without going any further that you are 'overtaining'.

post up your routine and diet for us.

Re: Bonjour

Lol sorry was in a rush that was a crap post. I basically do my chest and arms twice a week and on the 5th day shoulders, legs and tri's. Do you think this is overtraining. Do about an hour every session, 3 sets of 8 reps for each exercise and do about 4 for each muscle...

Re: Bonjour

Does not sound like a productive routine, however, are you seeing any results? I would suggest you train each body part no more than once every 7 days and concentrate on good form.

Search the forum for training routines and diet tips.If your new i would suggest concentrating on the compound movements and possibly a push pull legs routine.
