If you feel weak - still train?

Yesterday was my day off and i had planned for a nice game of golf but also ended up playing 5 aside football which was nackering.

Today my legs feel dead and its my legs day... so should i continue as normal and do my weights or have today off also?

 Thanks

Re: If you feel weak - still train?

when you do cycling, football, running etc you will deplete the glycogen in those msucles-which will need 24hrs to replenish, just have an extra rest day, chill, then go full bore when next at gym-imo
