Conflicting advice

I have had a lot of conflicting advice as to whether this routine is enough for me to get back into lifting and add quality mass. Opinions are greatly appreciated as some say its not enough others that its fine???

Mon
Chest
Bench Press 4x8-12
Incline Press 4x8-12
Flyes 4x 8-12

Biceps
BBell Curls as above
Preacher as above

Wed
Legs
Squats as above
Lunges as above

Triceps
Dips as above
Pushdowns as above

Friday
Shoulders
Military Press as above
Laterals as above
BOver laterals as above

Back
Deadlift as above
Seated Rows as above

Can anyone give me an opinion on whether this is enough?

Re: Conflicting advice

IMO it's too much for most people.

By all means give it a try and see though.

Too much!?

Now I am confused! Is it too much per bodypart? I was under the impression that each body part should be worked twice a week though?

What would you suggest fella???

The trouble is much of the info floating about is applicable to steroid users not natural athletes. A natural athlete should not weight train the same bodypart twice per week (I think it's around once per 10 days) with any level of intensity.

Viagra gives me a fcukin' headache.....
Mate, if your mrs gives you earache just tell her to mind her own fcukin business.....
What I did was do gear for 6 months then said to my mrs I was thinking of trying them. She said well, they'll make you all more aggressive, d1ck small etc etc, the usual and I replied I'd been on them 6 months to which she said, oh well then, no worries...
