![]() | beginer- hows my routine? i am curently at 165lbs 5'11 and looking to bulk and put on as much lean mass as possible this is my routine dont hold back if its garbage as im new and could do with all the help cheers. mon - legs and shoulders al 5x5 barell squat leg curl calf raises shoulder press upright rows side raises wed - chest and tri 5x5 flat chest press incline press dips ( wide bars ) flys rope pull downs dips( narrow bars ) close grip chest press fri - back and bi 5x5 wide grip pull ups lat pull downs reverse flys stiff leg deadlifts close grip pull ups curls what you guys think ? cheers warren |

![]() | Re: beginer- hows my routine? oh rite thanks mate, is this mius the isolations the best way to add mass (usng 5x5) as building some qulity mass is my first aim . or is it best to stick to 10x3 or even full body workouts cheers pal |
