![]() ![]() | Pull ups Hi guys, I train at home, I've got a bench, barbell, dumb bells etc. I don't have anything to do pullups on, any recommendations / ideas? I'm not keen on putting a pullup bar on a door frame ;) Thanks in advance! rubduck. |

Get to keep my heart rate up running up and down the stairs between there and the 'gym' too, especially if I do supersets ;) Garage is definitely not an option. That's reserved for my bikes & my tools! ![]() |

![]() | Re: Pull ups Do you have a garage with josts showing? if so drill 4 holes, 2 each side(left and right) and loop rope around, thats what i use and its alot harder than doing them on a bar, and cheaper lol

The whole things works on a canter lever system so the more pressure I apply to the bar the greater the load placed on holding it in place, as said earlir (or other post) only thing I can`t do with that bar is plyometric pull ups, everything else is perfect ![]() | |
