![]() | Getting bacl after long layoff Hi All, After a long layoff I am getting back into lifting. The question are.... A. Is a 3 day a week routine enough with each bodypart being worked only onnce a week with basic compound movements? B. How long should this continue before I go back to say a 4 day a week regime working each bodypart twice? C. I am not fat but a little outa shape so should I concentrate on eating clean and plenty before splashing out on supps such as whey, BCAA, Zinc, Glutamine etc? Any thoughts much appreciated?? Gee |

| Looking Freaky | Re: Getting bacl after long layoff Kevo has hit the nail on the head here lad, you really only wanna train any body part every 7-9 days thus gives the muscle enough time for recovery and will limit over training.... I would stick with three days a week lifting even when you have been training for a few more months, I have been training nearly 3 years and I still only lift 3 days a week and I am geting great gains... |
