Getting bacl after long layoff

Hi All,
After a long layoff I am getting back into lifting. The question are....

A. Is a 3 day a week routine enough with each bodypart being worked only onnce a week with basic compound movements?

B. How long should this continue before I go back to say a 4 day a week regime working each bodypart twice?

C. I am not fat but a little outa shape so should I concentrate on eating clean and plenty before splashing out on supps such as whey, BCAA, Zinc, Glutamine etc?

Any thoughts much appreciated??

Gee

Why would you want to work each bodypart twice mate? I would stick to once a week ;)

Kevo has hit the nail on the head here lad, you really only wanna train any body part every 7-9 days thus gives the muscle enough time for recovery and will limit over training....

I would stick with three days a week lifting even when you have been training for a few more months, I have been training nearly 3 years and I still only lift 3 days a week and I am geting great gains...
