Can anyone recommend a good training log

Just wondered if anyone could recommend a good "training log" book,

Thanks for the reply, but i could do with something which is all laid out for recording exercises, weights, sets etc,

i use microsoft excel mate on my computer to record the workouts, diet, reps etc etc..

google 'bodybuilding software' and you will have your answer, there's loads of stuff out there to try. I am trying to find a good one currently

I also use excel on the comp and do up training programs every 6 weeks around with sets reps weights and exercise all on the comp
