If you are saying you plan on doing 4 exercises and for each doing 1 warm-up followed by 3 sets to failure, I predict overtraining and not much in the way of growth.

Either don't go to failure on every set, or do less sets. And drop the isolation stuff.

Ideally you should be picking a tried and tested routine.

What is the fascination with 21's when working the biceps? Practically every newbie routine posted has them!

It's impossible to say whether it's all wrong or not without you trying it. You might find that it works REALLY well for you. However, I can tell you in my experience that kind of routine will not work well for many people.

I would suggest that rather than trying to put together a routine, unless you know your body REALLY well, just find a routine that lots of people have used and have got good results from.

I'd also love to know this! You see it in the gym loads. A guy doing 3 sets of 21's usually to complete failure then picking up the dumb bells curling another 3 sets of 8 then concentration curls with horrible swinging motion for another 3 sets of 8 with a a drop set for good measure. Then on to horrible swinging ez bar curls.

It's beyond me why people consider biceps to be the biggest muscle in the human anatomy.

kick backs, skull crushers, cable pushdowns, overhead extensions - why so many tricep exercises? Two should be sufficient.

Tue-CARDIO/ABS

30 mins hiit cardio before breakie
4/5 diff abs

Wed-BACK/BICEPS

bent over rows, pulldowns wide grip - Add Deads
21s,hammer curls,preacher curls - Drop the 21's

Thur-SHOULDERS/LEGS

shrugs, upright row,front/side delt raise,db press, reverse flyes - I'd do DB Press, Lat Raises, Upright Row, and poss reverse flyes. And in probably that order.
deadlifts, curls, extensions, squats, - What kinda deads? Normal deads would be better included with your back routine IMO. S/L Deads? Then great. Squat first.

Fri-CARDIO/ABS

30mins hiit cardio before breakie
4/5 diff abs

sat/sun off

It;s not that they aren't good mate, they just should be saved up your sleeve for when you need them!
Drop them from your routine completely, and when your bi's stop growing come back and ask about them.
