![]() | Re: how is my new workout all coments apreciated Yeah, I just searched the net actually, but got sidetracked by a phone call before I could edit my post. Does anyone have any proof that 'fancy' exercises like this actually work? What's wrong with sticking with deadlifts, bent over rows, squats and benchpress? |

I also find them useful if i want to add a more cardio based element to my session. |
