![]() | Proper training at last I've finally managed to pick up a decent bench and a mate has come through with some extra weights and a bar, so I can finally start to train properly and hopefully make some serious gains; until now I've had to make-do with a pack of isowool fibreglass as a bench, a curl bar and a limited selection of weights. So, my routine is going to look something like this: Mon: Pull Bent-over row - 4 sets, 10 reps Lat pull down - 4/10 (it came with the bench so I might as well make use of it) Deadlifts - 4/10 Weds: Push Bench press - 4/10 Military press - 4/10 Incline bench - 4/10 (no decline option) Fri: Legs SLDL - 4/10 Squats - 4/10 Can anyone spot any glaring errors or anything that I might be missing out? Your thoughts and comments, as always, are more than welcome. Cheers guys
