Chest!

I have been working out properly for around 13/14 months now and have seen some great gains but there's one part of my body that just gets to me as it seems that I can't work it.

It's the lower/inner part of the chest. My outer and upper chest is looking pretty good but it seems like I can't get the two pectorals to "join" in the lower region. Here is the part I'm speaking about if I'm unclear;

I was wondering if there are any exercises that specifically target this area of the chest? I've heard that doing push ups on a football or close grip push ups help but I'd like to know for certain!

Thanks for your time and any help if you can give it!

Re: Chest!

flat cable crossovers helped me greatly in that area. little tip if you try them as you get towards the top of the movement twist your hands inwards and give your pecs a flex.
