Iain is on a distinguished road
Re: Hi all

Well, Hello again!

Decided to start this thread up again just to say hi really!

Havent posted or been to the gym in ages, i bought a house shortly after posting on here and quickly ran out of money for food/gym and general living! Got it sorted now though hopefully so heading off to the gym tonight

I dont seem to have gained or lost any weight, possibly gained a pound or so...

Im just wondering if i should start trying to bulk up or lower my body fat %, everyone calls me skinny but i have a layer of fat over my belly which hides my abs perfectly! Id like to get rid of this either before or during training but im not sure which is best to attempt!?

Any general pointers?
