Re: fast reply hi work out needed

There is more to a workout than biceps and chest...
I'd forget the arm curl bench. You are already overtraining yours bis and chest if I am understanding your routine correctly.

Personally, if you have room. I'd buy a squat rack and a load of plates for your bar.

There are hundreds of routines all over these forums. You know the equipement you and the space you have. Design a routine based on what you have available and the routines you see here then ask for modifications to that routine.

If you do some research about what muscle groups you need to be hitting and when you'll have a much better understanding about what you are doing than if you get a routine handed to you on a plate.

Yeah?

I acually prefer working out at home. Much cheaper, you can grunt and scream as loud as you can, do it anytime you want and you dont have to wait for people to get off equipment! I have my brother to spot me though so im lucky.

Yes

I guarentee you dont have even half the equipment a gym would, or the weights they can go up to! Who says you cant grunt loud in a gym? I dont do it but see people doing it all the time, you can do it wherever you like. And i very much doubt it would work out cheaper if you have semi decent equipment and quite a few of them.

Also, when your paying for a membership, thats already motivation to go.

Re: fast reply hi work out needed

you can always buy more weight if you need it for home and is also alot more convenient.

I workout at home and i will say this, only workout at home if you are really determined and have goals

Theres a whole loada reasons id choose gym over house:
1) motivation to workout
2) nice to get out the house, meet new people
3) training buddies or just people to help with spotting
4) getting fresh ideas
5) PT's on hand to help with form
6) whole range of equipment that lets be honest, unless your loaded you can never afford - yes like robdog you can have a pretty damn good home gym! But there will still be the odd machines missing
7) something gets damaged you dont have to worry about replacing it
8) erm....thats about it lol...ill edit if i think of more.
