Bit of advice

Hi Folks

Wondering can anyone give me some advice

Going to Turkey end of August and need to basically tone up!! Not meaning get huge cause the misses will moan like hell.

Just started watching what i eat and its not a normal routine so cant really put up a daily diet(sorry if it doesnt help)

Going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. Weights most of the time with cardio thrown in.

My mate was going to give me a hand(he won scottish amatuer comp few year back) but is away offshore for a month.

Any help will be great
