IVE BEEN TAKING THESE 5MG TABS NOW FOR 5 WEEKS THIS IS MY SIXTH WEEK IM GONNA STOP AT THE END OF THIS WEEK WHEN DO I GO BACK ON THEM AGAIN AND IM NOT HAVING MUCH GAINS WITH THEM MY BALLS HAVE SHRUNK AND THEY TASTE BITTER AS HELL........... IM 13ST 5 AND I WANT TO GET TO 15ST - 16ST IM EATING 300G PROTIEN AND 400G CARBS A DAY AND TAKING 3 SUPPLEMENT DRINKS WITH MILK ADN 3LTRS OF WATER A DAY IM TRANING 3 DAYS A WEEK DOING SHOULDERS AND TRICEPS MONDAY AND BICEPS AND BACK WEDENSDAY ANDE LEGS AND CHEST FRIDAY........................................ IVE BEEN AT THE GYM FOR A YEAR AND 4MONTHS NOW AND THIS IS MY FIRST COURSE OF THESE TABS................ ANY HELP PLS MUCH APPRICIATED................ DARRELL..................:( |

The split you have is a decent one personelly i like to do upper body monday then lower body wednesday then upper body fri so something like this Mon - Chest/Back Wed - Quads/Hams/Calfs Fri - Shoulders/Arms
