![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: too much or all wrong split HELP PLEASE Dude....too much cardio. I know you're enthusiastic and you just wanna do more more more, but you've gotta give you body time to rest. With that routine, you'll be losing quite a fair bit of muscle too and no one wants to lose muscle. Do cardio once a day on the days where you're not doing weights. Remember weight training in itself burns off a lot of fat so if you combine that with 30 min of cardio 3-4 days a week, you'll be losing a good amount of fat AND maintaining muscle mass. Make sure your diet is up to scratch and you're not eating too much. |

Id do a three day split and do cv on the days you dont train... maby 20 mins before brecky on a empty stomach and 30 later on in the day. monday -chest n tri Wednesday - back n bi Fri- Legs n shoulder Take the weekend to relax and recouperate...think of it as growing time...hopefuly this way you wont be tempted to hop onto the treadmil or something!. Spend time with the family, play a round of golf, go skydiving, whatever helps you relax. | |

![]() | Re: too much or all wrong split HELP PLEASE Also its probably worth noting that anything above a 2lb weight loss per week is a little unhealthy so monitor your progress. Anymore then that and you will be losing muscle and putting your body under huge strain.
