![]() | a little advice hi, just found this forum and seems a great help so keep up the good work! im lookin at getting a little bigger and more toned, i dont have much body fat and am quite slim and toned, im not lookin at getting massive just a bit bigger and nice and toned with a nice stomach. lookin at buying some sus and deca, for a newbie what would you suggest i take and how often, is it wise to go to the gym ever other day or just rest the odd day. my diet isent perfect so what kind of things should i be eating? pasta, rice, chicken etc? also is it wise to take supplements to help with the side effects of steroids, sorry if they are dumb questions just lookin for some simple and clear advise thanks for any help! |

| is 6 weeks out from his winners massage not the kind itraininthedark had lol | Re: a little advice first off mate post this question in the steriod section...you may get more off a response....also ask for a diet plan as well as im pretty sure your diet must be spot on when using steriods as well as your training!!! good luck!!

![]() | Re: a little advice To be fair I would not be considering steroids at all mate, to be fair it doesnt sound like you have your diet sorted nor have been training that long. How long have you been training for and what does your diet look like at the mo?

![]() | Re: a little advice If you are just starting training you will make gains without the need for steroids, check out the how to get big and beginners threads in this part of the forum. will help you with some basic background research about training and what you will have to change within your lifestyle and diet As for diet post up what you currently eat on an average day to day basis with times. ie. 7.am 70g oats 30g whey and bannana 10.am tuna on wholemeal bread 12.30am etc be honest and people will point you in the right direction, hope this helps for now.
