![]() | A Little puzzled.... I recently started back at the gym... Its been awhile although i was never that dedicated before. Yesturday was my 3rd workout..... Anyhow!! What I'm puzzled about is when ever working my chest my left peck always seems to be larger and pumped more than my right??? It really is apparent today and can't understand why.... I'm right handed too... My conclusion is I know my left hand is weaker than my right as i broke my arm when I was younger and have felt it to be weaker.... does this mean my left peck is compensating for my weak arm working my peck more??? Please help... starting to feel (lop sided)...... |

![]() | Re: A Little puzzled.... Just started at Alexander stadium, great barr.... I presume your in Birmingham too johnboy05 I'm on an eductional start with the training really...... In the past I have had periods of training, starting from the age of 18rs to current 27yrs.... When I 1st started out my friend and I trained for 6mths and then did a couple of shots of decca.... Was really scared taking it so stopped, before i could see the effects... 3 years ago I started heavy training again, and tried a 2week stint of d-boll.. but quit that too as was making me have pulpertations!!!!! As I am slim, I've done well in keeping my shape, although i'm not the tallest of people and only weighing shy of 10stone... Gonna try and stick to it this time.... Still really puzzled as to why one peck would grow bigger than the other??? |

| Its a Natural Tan :P | Re: A Little puzzled.... im the same mate, my right peck is slightly larger than my left, some womens tits are different sizes, my left testical is double the size of my right... ok maybe it isnt but still other statements stand. not sure why. my left peck also appears to have a peice of muscle missing GET THAT lol, its weird when i clentch my pecks my left in the middle looks like it has a bit sliced off, anyhow as its said use dumbbells to bench press as you cant use your other side to 'help' the weaker side, also you need to control the weights more, meaning youll probably have to start with slightly less weight than if it was a barbell. till you get used to the balance. |
