Quick reply pleeeeeease! - Advice needed.

Hi,

I have spent all day building (trying to build) a decking for the garden. Been lifting joists, digging holes and weilding a large sledge hammer. Now, Absolutely Knackered. Today is one of my workout days. should I still do it or postpone til later in the week???

if u are realy knacked dont bother rest up well after the job drink alot of water have a good meal with a quality shake and get a good nights sleep and hit the gym next day and always give 100% effort. sir roidalot

i,m a bricklayer so i kind of know what your going through if you do this kind of thing regually your gonna need to start forceing yourself to the gym.

my training amouts to bench press lat pulls abs and squats thats it twice a week followed by 30 min swims and 2 more swims a week,
