![]() | advice of my routine training back in the gym now after 2years i have put on abit of weight and no determine to lose the weight and get bigger. i just want some of yours opinion on my schedule training monday: arms (tri & bicep) tuesday: chest wednesday: back thursday: shoulders friday: leg also 30min cardio 3 times a week |

![]() | Re: advice of my routine training A good fat burning tip is to include hamstings with arms e.g. deadlift and then quads with shoulders e.g squats. This helps to keep up the heart rate when working out. Also make sure your rest times are low, I find this is a great fat burning method. Good luck JohnBoy |
