Re: Pectoral muscles

man boobs are just fat t*ts on men mate and not pecks.... post a pic up and i'll tell ya if you have pecks or man boobs!!!:tongue10:

on a serious note.... if you have man boobs nothing but a clean diet and plenty of heavy weight training will make them into pecs!!!

good exercises for chest development are incline bench press, peck deck, flyes with dumbbells and so on!!!

Re: Pectoral muscles

I'm not quite sure what he means - have you overdeveloped your pecs, or do you mean you are carrying a lot of fat in that area?

Re: Pectoral muscles

id say if you have fat on your chest which you want to shift, then do havy chest workouts like bench press and decline press, but he careful not to tear muscle as it is easily done, also do some cardio everyday even ifs its just 15mins on treadmill

Re: Pectoral muscles

Unfortunately mate you might just be unlucky and hold fat in this area,i say this because i have been training for years and i have a similar problem. When bulking it is the first place i gain fat and, when cutting, the last place i shift it so,if you are like me,this is something you will have to live with however if staying lean is your main aim you may benefit from higher rep/superset type training but quite simply keep an eye on your diet and perform plenty of cardio and you will be on the right track.Para.

Re: Pectoral muscles

Something i noticed a few weeks/months ago was since i started doing my pushups i noticed my pecs are firmer and shaping well aswell!

I started off from doing 10 sets of 10 pushups every other night, so you make a 100, now im up to 4 sets of 25 pushups, so im getting there...
So i suggest some daily pushups up or something? Aswell as a diet and peck weights and all that stuff
i ant no pro and dont know much but pushups have worked for me on my pecks, shoulders, back and triceps
