![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: just about to start training general advice for a beginner workout 3/4 sessions a week - keep it simple ( never train one body part more than once a week)split your routine up say biceps + back, chest +triceps, legs + sholders eat 5/6 small well balance meals a day (approx 40% protein 45% carbs 15% fats (good fats preferably) set realistic goals and doo some cardio (fast walk/bike/run/boxing/skipping etc) |
