just about to start training

alrite guys im just about to start training and ive come on here to get as much help as possible off you all were it comes to the right food to eat and training all comments welcome thanks.

Well I would say a good start would be to say what your goals are..

Why do you want to workout?

This is the basis of any routine etc.

Re: just about to start training

general advice for a beginner

workout 3/4 sessions a week - keep it simple ( never train one body part more than once a week)split your routine up say biceps + back, chest +triceps, legs + sholders

eat 5/6 small well balance meals a day (approx 40% protein 45% carbs 15% fats (good fats preferably)

set realistic goals and doo some cardio (fast walk/bike/run/boxing/skipping etc)

Shakes are handy to have but nothing beats good protein rich food!!! :amen:
