followed by shoulder press
followed by wristcurls..

Tuesday using barbells

Legs i use a machine leg extensions....

Re: i am doing 5x5

If the last two sets are 4 and 3 reps, then you aren't doing 5x5!

Pick a weight that you can comfortably do 5x5 with, and then add a small amount of weight each week.

Stick with the basic compound exercises - don't worry about the isolation stuff for now (unless you are already huge and have a specific bodypart weakness that is causing you not to win bodybuilding competitions).

Re: i am doing 5x5

Also, what are 'front rows'
and iv noticed you still have an isolation move in there for your biceps but not triceps? No work for hamstrings either.

Re: i am doing 5x5

I meant bent over rows.....and I do wrist curls because my arms are thinner than girls basically..my triceps are alive and kicking they tense up when i tense my arm...
and i have decided to add deadlifts to my routine aswell

Re: i am doing 5x5

Still, as i pointed out a while ago, and SCJP has just now...forearm curls arent really needed. They should get stimulated from doing all the other movements correctly. I always get compliments on my forearms and iv never forearm curled...and i doubt many of the competitors here have.
