squats

i am doing squats of 180kg for 3 tens ,should i do more or not.
it is hard in hotel gym , not much weights.
what other can i do

I'm a bit lost at that post mate. Welcome to the board anyway.

If your finding the weight light & there is no other option, then just do more reps until you feel a massive burn.

Alternatively, you could try barbell/dumbbell lunges or leg presses for reps.

Re: squats

Do them verrrrrrryyyy sloooooooowly. 4-5 seconds on the way down, and 4-5 on the way back up. It's hard to over ride the natural instinct to stand up as quickly as possible so you really have to concentrate & stay calm, ish. Make sure you have a spotter.
