![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | New Leg Routine Currently I am doing the following routine for my legs: Leg press, 5x5 Calf rotation/extension, 5x3 SLDL, 5x2 (second set 10% lighter than first) DB stationary lunges, 5x5 I feel that I have hit a plateau, mentally as well as physically, & so plan to try the following from next week: Barbell stationary lunges, 8x2 Single leg calf raises, 8x2 Proper deadlifts, 5x2 (second set 10% lighter than first) Front squats, 8x2 Any comments? |

| If you can imagine it, you can achieve it; if you can dream it, you can become it. | Re: New Leg Routine My leg routine is as follows 3x10 last set to faliure on all exercises....i alternate between these each week! one week machine squats leg press leg curls seated calves week 2 machine hack squats dumbbell lunges leg extensions standing calves also cant do heavy squats due to fooked kness :( |
