Coming back from accident

Hi guys in November I was knocked off my bike and broke my wrist and some bones in my hand. I have just started getting back into weights because my wrist couldn't take it but now it seems to be ok. I have also just had a baby so my time is very restricted to what I can do. For the past 2 weeks I have been doing this:

Mon/Wed/Fri
3x10 Bench Press
3x10 Bar Curl
3x10 Upright row
3x10 Shoulder Press
4x25 Variations of sit ups

Tue/Thur/Sat
20mins skipping/ Running Cycling Variation

I have added a 1kg on the second week and plan to add a 1kg each week to make progression.

Is there any problems with the above routine to get back into weights or will it make no improvemnt at all?

Thanks
Rob

What about work for your legs, back and triceps?
You have 2 exercises for your shoulders but only 1 for chest and biceps.

Re: Coming back from accident

Hi sorry I knew I forgot something when I posted I do 5x5 chin ups different width and 5x10 dips. My legs I have only done cardio work which I know isn't enough but at home I don't have leg press I know squats but I can't hold the bar with my wrist at the moment so will do them when I can.
