| Newbie Trainer | Some Worldly Advice Hi, I only started building about a month ago. Basically i want to put on some mass but want to keep it cut. I've been told different things by different people about diet this and diet that . Currently i am 5"11 and weigh 10 stone 10 pounds i know this is really small hence why i want to increase it. i am 100% dedicated to this and want to improve my body. i've just purchased some creatine and whey off ebay will this help? how long before i see/feel any results? also when i do go to the gym i dont follow any programme because i dont know where to start in creating one. i've been primarily working on my chest to be honest but know that isn't the route to travel down. |
