![]() | Advise plz :( Hey guys, bit of a problem here as iv seen it a bit before on certain threads but would like your advice on where to go and solve this prob.. i was born with a twisted rib cage so ma left pec sits in more than my right, giving than un-even look, just out of hospital after an op to solve it.. before the left sat at least an inch back from the right, now its maybe 1cm back so much better , still id like to build it up, what exercises would be best? iv read that working only one side isnt recomended? also found it hard to only work 1 side lol.. anyways i have some oral turinabol tabs which i thought could speed up the process of building it up.. any advice would be great and a possible chest workout to add more size to the left...cheers ps my diets fine and iv been trainig for around 3 years, only the pst 4 months iv sorted my diet tho.. ![]() |

I wouldnt use the turinabol but thats just me. Try doing incline and flat dumbell presses, that should eventually even them out. Just be patient, but im no expert so *bump* for someone with more knowledge |

![]() | Re: Advise plz :( typical diet lol i work nights so here goes :P 4pm: Cup n half of oats with milk, 2-3 slices of toast, piece of fruit, protein shake 6-7pm: main meal, fish/chicken/beef/port with veg and potatoes 10pm: weight gainer shake piece of fruit 12pm: smoked haddock and mashed potatoes, pea`s or similar 3am: Bowl of oats, fruit, what evers in the vending machiune at work i.e pork pie, cornish pastie, sandwiches 6am:6egg omlette with bacon and loads of cheese 7-8am: workout 8:30am: usually a few salid/meat rolls on the way home and a shake before bed.. I also take 2 b12 tabs a day and 6 fishoil caps a day. My shakes consist of a protein powder plus 50g of powdered oats blended together in a pint of milk.. Some of you maynot think this isnt enough calories, but i used to maybe get 800 a day if lucky, tiz taken me a while to get up to this as iv never been an eater so to speak ![]() |

Only 3 causes for concern - pre workout, post workout shake and post workout meal. Your pre-workout meal is full of protein but not very high in carbs, if i was you i would add a meal in there like chicken breast and pasta, brown rice or sweet potato. Post workout, id recommend a protein shake immediately after workout but with water, not milk. 40mins after that a meal containing more carbs and protein, could even put that 6 egg omelette here! Are you also getting around 8hours a night sleep? |

![]() | Re: Advise plz :( sleep from 9 til 4-5ish, 7-8 hours,like to get up to get some food in lol.. wakes me up a bit b4 work to ![]() If im really tired after work and the workout a couple of rolls n a shake is all i eat, but if im awake ill make a meal dosnt always happen so didnt add it to the list lol..Like i say the diets kinda there, just need some pointers on building my left peccy.. |

But as you have already been advised i dont think working just the left is the way to go. Work both but using dumbells, that way the right cant 'carry' the left which could happen if a barbell is used. |

But if you have tried that then keep the movement same both sides definately, just maybe use the left dumbell at 2KG heavier than right. |
